The US market has a housing shortage due to the lack of new construction ramping up after the US market crash, and estimate the timeframe needed to meet demand is 5-7 years. It is estimated that 1.5 million dwellings must be built yearly to meet growing population demand. Simply said, “supply cannot keep pace with demand.” We also have the nation’s largest migration of baby-boomers in US history with over 10,000 a day retiring and on the move looking for that last resting spot. With this combination of both population growth and baby boomers, we have targeted two key markets, Arizona and Idaho that both have excellent potential along with other markets like Las Vegas, Nevada, especially with retirees.  

Buy and Hold formula:  There is a growing demand for rental units.

With the shortage of housing and high demand for rentals, our goal is to purchase dwellings, residential homes, condominiums, apartments that can be rented/leased out for a positive cash flow. The clear goal is to Buy and Hold with the rental fees driving revenue as property values drive up. You then have an option to continue to hold or sell at any point, however, our research findings indicate that letting the market drive up over the next 5+ years ensures the greatest return on investment.
